eMaxx vs eSavage?

There is usually always one thread alive about which nitro truck I should get, well now it is electrics turn. I have been looking at adding to the herd and I was thinking of either an eMaxx or an eSavage. My reasoning for one of these two, 1) electric (can't always run my nitro), 2) i'm not to far away from sids so I can bash or take it to the track, 3) I want a truck, 4) have heard/read good things about.

I would like to hear from people that have one of them (or both) and provide their opinions (the good, the bad, and the ugly). This will be my first electric, therefore will require all the electric gooddies, your opinions on which goodies to get would be helpful as well (but your opinions on the trucks are more important right now).

I've had two E-Maxxes but sold them both, I got tired of having to charge 2 batteries all the time. More of a nitro truck guy I guess. The E-Maxx was relatively quiet, fast, and easy to work on. As for the E-Savage I heard it is fast and if you're just starting out it's good because it comes RTR with 2 3300 batteries and a charger.

The E-Maxx is a 2-speed, I'm not sure about the E-Savage. Hop-up parts are abundant for the Maxx, but not for HPI's truck (yet). If you wanna race at Sid's you should check out 2 or 4 wheel drive buggies or 18th scale trucks.
