it could be your lhs is just having problems. it looks like your ordering for the firstorm. it is a new rc so parts are going to be hard to get until hpi gets caught up. it was the same for the Baja when it came out. dont worry they will come and support will be there.
what's nitro

re phantom back ordering

powling is right about some hobbies shops telling you a part you need is on backorder from their supplier when in reality the hobby shop is just waiting until they get enough orders before actually putting in your order.
i guess that way they save on shipping costs. in the meantime you could probably order it off the internet yourself and get it shipped to you in half the wait time.

let this b a lesson and if u can afford it buy a few parts even if they r not broken . arms , rims , and anything else that might break . its alot easyer to look in ur parts box then call a store and hope .

yep its always nice to have spares at home. or at least own a car that your closest store has parts for, if this keeps happening you might want to consider changing your store.

HPI sucks

RC has down moments too. i waited 3 freakin months for a pipe that was suppose to take 2 weeks. once you dial your truck in the way you want it, it wont break for a long time untill you drive like a dumb ... therefore, wait for your parts now and later in the hobby your car will be bulletproof. and dont give up faith in HPI.

I checked at Advance on the way home, got the same story from Albert. Newer truck, they barely have any parts for it, everything is on backorder etc.. Probably at least some truth to it.
