Yes. they will also release the brushless esc.
That is oem of S&T(quark brushless).

That new esc can handle sensored, sensorless motor, and you can use sensorless mode using sensored motor. but esc is bit bigger than other lrp or novak esc.

^ always been my issue with brushless.

brushless is actually cheaper to manufacture and is a technology that has been around for quite awhile.

personally i dont care whose sticker is on my motor. if the motor and esc both work good and cost less then thats the one i will go for.
