so higher rating = more speed but as soon as the battery starts losing power the truck will die faster? I assume 6800 is a fair middle ground?

6800 is a good motor fast with good run time I had one in my 18T
TTR S3 with OS21RG and lots of bling

a vendetta powered by a multiplex permax 400/4D with a 3.2mm shaft,,,,, and a 2s lipo this is the ticket,,,
on paper , calculations show that the vendetta with permax is much faster than a 8000kv powered rc18,,, and the vendetta is a great racer...

I have a bunch of videos on photobucket,youtube,and google showing what the vendetta is capable of

hey i would say rc18t/mt/b thats your choise but there all good

all i got in mine is mamba 8000 not running lipo and it still has awesome run time and speed
i bash it around the yard i kant wait to take it to a skate park and at some times its my favorite rc out of om sig lol
