Glad to see another Truck for the Sid's track...Congrats

I read your post at the UltimateRC site and your diff troubles arent normal for a T4. If built correctly it should not slip or squeel like you've described. You should think about opening the gearbox up and looking over the components inside to make sure there isnt any damage or worn parts and that above all it was built as per the manual. Becareful with internet advice as you might interpret it wrong and do something you shouldnt like lub the wrong diff parts with the wrong lube or something like that.

In hours and hours of driving my T4 this year I heard the diff bark on one run twice and all i needed to do was give the diff an 1/16th of a turn to retighten and then it was good to in an entire summer of racing and testing I've only cleaned and regreased once and tightened it maybe 3 times...and i run the slipper tighter than most...I'm not a big fan of slipper clutch traction control...thats what my finger is used for

If it was all assembled correctly then I'm guessing you had a defective part like a warped ring or bad spur or something. It could also be that you had it loosen off in the beginning and with your 5700 toasted in in one run as it prob doesnt take much to destroy once slipping...

Hope to see you at the track
