This event is still a go. We did not get confirmations from the 10 teams we needed but we will still run this event based on a the number of teams that do attend. Hey Jay,

I think we need to have some prep time before the Endro race, all the teams are spending alot of time and money preping the cars, but there are 4 drivers in a team so there has to be time to adjust the cars, to find a setup that will make the cars driveable for all 4 drivers plus tuning of motors to the weather conditions of that day, and also to do some timed fuel runs to know how often to pit.

I think a good schedule would be:

8:00am to 11:00 am open practice tune & setup.
11:00 to 12:00 final prep & drivers meeting.
12:00 to 3:00pm Race.

ya i thought it started at 12 as well.... it makes no sense to start earlier... race will be done at 3 with at least 5 more hours of sunlight

i know not everyone has prepaid (including us), but whats the final tally on those who SAY they will be attending, and has anyone officially dropped out?
by the way i just confirmtion that marco and marlene and friends will be in attendance for this race as well FOR SURE.

No one has dropped out, and there may be a few more last minutes entries. The reason why we wanted to start earlier is because we eliminated the qualifiers. Ok so now you want more time. no problem.

Track opens 8:00 am instead of 9:00am
Open practice 8:00am to 10:00 am racers have priority on the stand
Open practice for racers only 10:00 am to 11:30 am
Drivers meeting 11:30 am
Race starts at 12:00 am
Race ends at 3:00 pm
Awards 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm
Open practice 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm
Track closes 5:30 pm

Any Spectators wanting to practice between 8 and 10 am and 3:30 to 5:30 pm can do so for $10.00

This will be FUN, I have never done a 3 hr race before and im sure not many others have either but just participating in this event will be really cool !

I guess it`s not a problem for the computer program ?

no problem guys, feedback is good as long as everyone is happy. I don't see any problems with the computer. last weekend it worked very well. Jay figured out that it didn't recognize the date format previously so he changed the format and no more issues. We would like to hear from everyone that has registered for this race to make sure they will be coming and not disappoint everyone. Please PM jay or post here to confirm. Anyone else coming to race please let us know asap. Lets make it memorable event for the racers and spectators. Thanks guys.
