I couldn't agree more!

There are 4 Off Road tracks less then an hour and a half from my driveway (and there has been talk of a 5th track opening). Thats just insane for the number of dedicated off road racers in my area...

There's always someone to offend. This is so pathetic. Don't tell me I "better be careful on how I word things" Who the (EDITED) are you? Everyone expressed their thoughts, I expressed mine. So I decided to look at something under a different light, and i'll make whatever statements I want. I"ve helped and been helped on this site so you don't tell me what I can and can't say. Last time I checked, moral support doesn't make money!! Why are you so offended? Are you one of the people I generalized about? Maybe it was a bad business plan, I could agree with that but I chose to look at it differently. I've expressed the exact same thing in hobby shops in front of complete strangers, don't think i'm going to come here and fear people using words like I "better" and "spouting out" and "red faces". Please. There's enough political correctness in the world, we don't need it on our hobby forums or worry about who we're going to offend. For God's sake, GET A GRIP MAN!!! And of course, now all the offended will come out, right? Let's all defend "kuatto"......LMAO "better be careful in how you word things". hahaha "spouting out" LOL, that was good.

Coles notes for anybody just entering this thread:

- We, the members of ORRC are all jerks for...
A) Not using Teff's track
B) Using Teff's track, but not paying for it
C) Not being hardcore racers
- We should basically be shot
- Everybody on this site needs to start racing, NOW
- If we don't start racing and paying for it, tracks will have to close
- We are upsetting the "racers", we should probably just shut up and quit the hobby

FYI, none of this crap is being spewed by Teff himself. He seems to be a really good guy, and obviously SUPER enthusiastic about this hobby, albeit unlucky with his business so far.

Teff bud, if I was you, I'd have an admin delete this thread with a quickness. Not exactly good word of mouth for the #5.

All i see is a guy who gave up almost everything for US!!

If everybody was as nice as Teff, we would'nt be having this stupid blame game.

I remember when people were thinking $20 was too high. LMFAO! 1 trip to the Hobby Shop costs 10 times that for most people.

Teff, Have you had a chance to talk to other offroad track owners for tips on how to be successful? Did you ever get RCTV to come visit for some promo advertising?

First thing i do when i get to FastCats is drop my stuff off and head strait to pay. As soon as i pay i feel like i have contributed in helping keep a good thing going.

The people that owe you that money, are all about taking advantage. They have probably done that to every nice person they have ever met. They are all very selfish. The worst part is you probably know them well.

I wish you luck in 2008.

Mini putt... Go Kart... Big difference, where did this come from?

So sad really.

I remember when I first met you, I thought you were an alright guy and you've learned a lot about the hobby especially after you tuned my engine to heat up to over 400 degrees, that wasn't fun, thanks again to MaddMaxx for rebuilding btw, but now you know how to tune your engines. Just like learning about engines and how to tune them, you'll learn how to maintain and run a track in time if you keep at it. PLUS, biggest thing to learn from this, keep your friends separate from the business. It won't be easy but good luck all the same! I'm sure the peeps here will definitely support you, I will, if it ever opens again!
