Where were you guys when I was a kid? but really good show. Wish there were more reviews of some vehicles but that would probably need a whole other show to dedicate that sort of time.

We could be better

I appreciate all the praise guys, but lets face it. RC-TV could be better.I don't believe I could have given any more effort than I did this year but I am learning from my mistakes (maybe?) Presently RC-TV is a low budget show and sometimes it shows. Yes it is Dave McLean not McClean, (sorry Dave) and I'm sure you noticed a few hundred other mistakes. Some stories were not that interesting or relevant but went to air anyway. Why? well when your paying people to edit, and they are eating up your budget sometimes you have to let it go. I can not always afford to pay them to re-edit a story or to re-master the show because they made a mistake. What this means is the show will not probably improve unless we raise more money for season three than we did for season two. Do I think it can be done, YES I DO! The other way is by improving efficiency so we can do more with our money. Trouble is it is hard to improve your cornering technique when your wheels keep falling off and you keep flaming out.

Guys don't be afraid to tell us when we makes mistakes. I am learning the hobby and sometimes I misunderstand what I have heard. I want to learn as much as possible.

I also want to thank Gary Stephen from Great Hobbies for his tech tips this year. I thought he did a great job.

I would say 90% of us are pretty darn happy what we have gotten to see so far, I know I am !
Everything in life can be improved on Nick and having You say that shows You care about the hobby... and thats pretty cool !

What happened to the other "thread" ?

Anyway, I hope more $ can be generated to keep RCTV on OLN going and going strong. How many people can actually get to watch their hobby weekly on TV ? Not to mention themselves at times and friends ? thats pretty cool too !
It would also be neat to have more people get down to this section of the forum and contribute ideas and praise for the efforts RCTV has given us all !

Whats this rctv in England ? I here guys ranting about that show.

Keep up the good work !
