I cannot decide. Which do you think would be a better build/kit to get. I like the new Tamiya Hilux Hi-lift and I am thinking about making one into a crawler. The other consideration is just buting an Axial AX10. What do you think. Does it take much to convert a Hi-Lift.

That depends on what you want to build. The ax-10 can be made into an all out comp crawler,it has link suspension and endless posibilities for mods. The highlift has leaf spring suspension and does not flex much, but makes a cool scale truck. So I would say ax-10 for a go anywhere comp crawler,or highlift for a cool looking scaler. They are both fun to drive.

honestly if you don't have a lot of rocks or rock formations near where you live i would go for the high lift.

it doesn't perform nearly as well as the axial but that's what makes it fun.

you can take it anywhere trail riding.

but if you want a crawler get the ax10.

you will spend a lot of $$$ to 4 link the high lift and it will not perform nearly as well as the axial.

either choice is a good one.
