Amazing race, amazing time. The Team came, raced, broke, raced again, took home some chrome, heard from Gary, talked with many and laughed with everyone!!

Clutch matter what is posted it was a great event! Two of the directors had major injuries. Bubbles with 6 stitches and a black eye and Herby on crutches after taking as spill going through one of the gates. Wow, and the main reason you guys were there was to ensure everyone else had a good time!

Jammin..Rick, Anthony and .....oh yeah Gary and the other guy with the trailer.....Matty Matt. Awesome spirit. I have been to other races with other big racers dudes and you guys are the most approachable bunch. To take a guy's buggy and set it up and give it back hoping to have him beat you in the race is awesome. Top drawer. Matt and Jammin Jay to say that they are committed to this race for years to come says a lot. Thanks for the clinic Gary. For those that didn't get the hear Gary's life story you missed a lot. He'll repeat it next year I am sure. You guys are all A mainers!

Navaz...I guess Aaron was listening to those driving tips!

Hobby Room. Thanks! Did you hear that? THANKS. Donate to the kids and when asked if you wanted exposure you say no, its not about that. Keep it up and support some kid in Edmonton for us! Maybe other hobby shops around here will turn a leaf and realize we are all family and it is not about the money!

For all those that came, and gave thank you, thank you, thank you. We are still not going to give you the inside edge on the track though, you are going to have to pass us the hard way.

For those that came by and we were able to help you out with advice, parts, electricity or tires and such. You are so welcome! Thank the guys from the line before this one.

Adam do not let your dad get so cranked up back in Saskatoon when you lap him! I know how it feels and it ain't so bad.

There are always those that had a tough a main of monster trucks that did not make it because of 5 dead starter boxes, or Steve D. who made A main in three classes and broke in all three half way through each one.

For those that had a tough go of it or a sour taste, Well I'm sorry but you know what...its only 360 plus days until we do it all again but with lessons learned and friendships made.

Team GForce will see you all in 2009.

This is absolutely truck country and it was evident in the amount of drivers who contended the MT class. It was the largest single class with 54 entries I think you would be hard pressed to find a USA race with that many MT's except the R.O.A.R truck nats.

I have some MT info but first a nod to our sponsors.LOL!!

I DNF'd the first three rounds in MT and then in the fourth round I grabbed TQ by 16 seconds. It was short lived because the last heat of MT saw Richard Infanti shave another 5 seconds off that mark. Brother Dirt (Glen Farrugia) LST2 was sitting in second until the last round.

In the main on the first lap my front skid plate broke sending me to pits to repair. I re-emerged 8 min. later ran for a bit and then had to retire for the day. Brother Dirt kept it together and made a good charge to the front to finish second. Congrats Glen!!

Here is the qual order.

And here are the Mains

And that is how you race Monster Trucks on dirt!!!! Will post some more later.

I was really pushing for a huge MT turnout this year at the WinterNats, and I spent months encouraging everyone to bring them out for this event. We ended up with an astounding 54 MT's! Wow! I feel priviledged to have just made the A-Main (and finish 6th overall!) in this class The competition was really stiff, but it made the race extremely enjoyable. Congrats (and thank you) to all of you guys who keep the Monster Truck spirit alive.
