LRP Z28R backplate fit MACH427

       Remove this ad - become a site supporter!
Anybody know if LRP Z28R backplate fit Mach 427 ? I know LRP has a backplate to fit ROTOSTART because my REVO has ROTOSTART and i got the 427 for my 1/8 buggy "TURMOIL".Same stating system for both cars wood be preferd. Tanks for any information.

I think it does but you might need to do a bit of fittment for one of the screws. Mirage should be able to answer this one...

Yeah it should fit just fine as they're both Golden Lion (SH) engines. I use a Sportwerks .26 backplate on my XTM .247. Again both SH engines. Just make sure you seal it up. I hope it works OK.

I used to run 2 LRP`s Z28 fitted with the LRP backplate and the Losi spin start. With this configuration i had to use the .15(xxx-nt) spin start for a perfect fit of the 4 holes. If i used the mach 427 spin start i had to elongate the holes. You are trying to do the opposite so i am not shure what to tell you, sorry.I do beleive they are the same block casting less the markings.My guess would be probably, but don`t put any money on it! LOL!
