Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall , Torque is how far the wall moved after you hit it

RTR - Race Roller

Stamped Alu - Hard anodized

Staped - Hard anodized

Shock caps
Plastic - Hard anodized

Shock shafts
Steel - TiNi coated

King pin screws
steel - TiNi coated

steel - TiNi coated

And I'm pretty sure the RTR don't come with as many tuning options(springs, clutch springs, shock pistons and swaybars) as the Race Roller. Also the RTR comes with an engine mount for spin starting the engine. The Race Rollers engine mounts does not allow for a spin/pullstart engine.

Welcome to the Losi experience.

I would not worry as much about if it is a Pro or an RTR. I would not run out and spend alot of money to upgrade it either. Spend your time and money on Fuel and put lots of time driving it to become a better driver. Play with your set up to see what the Truck can and can not do and then when you break something or have parts wear out that is the time to buy the upgraded part.

The RTR in the right drivers hands is capable of winning any race right out of the box!!

Please feel free to ask and questions so we can help you get the most out of your purchase.

I will also be having a Losi only day at my Track this summer where anyone with a Losi can come out to the track and run with all the drivers from Sprucewood Team Losi Racing (STLR) we will be there to work with everyone and help them with driving, set up and race strategy. Stay tuned for more info!!
