thats a pretty steep price for that new revo.

and then dont forget since its a bumpstart you have to shell out the 150 plus bucks for the revo starter box as well.

ill stick to my rotostart revo thanks. lol

for a grand it still comes with a 3.3. I would have thought they would have put a o.s. or a sirio or something good in it. its a hit and miss with those 3.3's and it still looks stock other than a pipe and some red turnbuckles. oh and dont forget the wing thats worth the extra 500 bucks. no thanks i would stick to the regular revo if i was going to buy one.

most of that is done to my sons REVO already,from the list of featurs some are needed and some are not.25 more cc's in a fule tank big deal, the rear brake upgrade requires the forward only ,center diff transmision anyways .I have taken the advice of my other thread and upgrade as it breaks etc... even at $700 to $800 bucks thats a lot of cash , how much would a race ready truggy cost ?

Anyone that bashes this truck based on what they think it needs or don't need have missed the purpose for this release. Traxxas knows what it takes to win at a high level of competition. This is what people have been asking for.

If you like to hop it up this truck isn't for you. Don't bash it. The Tower Hobbies price is just a preliminary price. It will be not stay where it's at. It will be lower.
