The added stress on the cars is huge, not to mention the killer speeds we're achieving from the grip of the carpet. These cars are not design (composites) to handle the brushless/LiPo advances we all are taking, especially, carpet offroad racing, one wrong move and your done! It is frustrating (smacked my truck into that pole a few times also) but will perfect your skills. I believe they have named that pole "Goliath"

1/10 th scale offroad is definetly a challenge and it can be an expensive deal until you learn how to drive but it can only make you a better nitro driver.......besides, it beats stretchin your meat all winter until the snow melts.

I run the mamba max with a 5700 Kv motor, 4350 2S lipo. You'll hear it but I'll tell you again, the schumacher tires definitely work at making huge traction!
