mach 427 bell crank question..........

Remove this ad - become a site supporter!
I was running my ofna buggy with the mach 427 the other day when the bell crank came loose. Today I went to the lhs & got a bearing & some e clips. When i slide the bell crank over the end of the shaft there does not seem to be enough room for any e clip to hold it all in place. Is there suppose to be am e clip there or what......I am very new to the whole r/c buggy hobby have only ever had traxxas m/t

thanks in advance

The 427 uses a screw in the end with a washer and spacer. On some motors the screw can be changed out for the e clip.... if there is a groove in the shaft for it.
