breaking a car window with little noise is very easy. you just need a piece of ceramic (an old spark plug will do). I did mobile security and alarm response for years and chased people like this often...

now I just do a day or 2 a week at a movie studio. we have a new holding cel for crakheads... the industrial dumpster that uses a winch to open the lid. toss the wire stealing thieves in there and hit the sides with a 2X4 until the cops arrive lol (all thieves deserve cruel and unusual punishment

hope you get some satisfaction bud, be it financial or ??

Wire stealing thieves

Speaking of wire stealing thieves, I heard that they are targeting wire used in the traffic industry - to control signals (Stop Lights) via the underground handwells.

The crazy thing is, they are attempting to cut the wire while it is live - with 200 + volts running through it !

Copper is worth lots - but not your life !
