I like the castle beep when you leave it plugged in, just make sure you have the new firmware...

I toasted my 3 cell 1800 in my RC18 as well. Even with it switched of, it still will drain it.

I kinda wanted to break it open to see it burst into flames, but I took it back to my LHS to see if they could save it. No dice.

I have sucessfully revived 2

Did exactly the same thing!!!
I put in nicad or nimh mode and trickle charged at 250mah for about 10 min then went to reg lipo mode and both came back with no noticable loss of performance.
a friend did the same but he notices a shorter runtime now but still better than paperweight. just make if a bash pack not a race pack

As soon as I read this thread I went to the track to pick up the dead Lipo. Not found at the track or pond center.

If you have the lipo battery that was left at the track, Please return it to Kevin or drop it off at the pond center.

We all take a lot of expensive tools, toys and support equipment to the track to race or practice. After every race day the track committee members do a walk around to look for dropped or items left at the track. Items found are brought to the pond center. I ask that all racers do the same. Don't take advantage of a fellow racers misfortune.

2.6 volts per cell x how many cells are in the pack. if you let a 2 or 3 cell pack go below that it is toast. so minimum voltage for a 2 cell is 5.2 volts and for a 3 cell is 7.8 volts to be safe.
