lipo care?

I`m useing trinity 4500mah li-pro packs, just have a couple of questions.I have been useing a external LVC but the packs have it built it.I have been waiting for the cut off to come on then recharge,is this a good practice?.I`m also useing a blinky balancer,should I use it every charge.As im on a buget and just want to get the most life from the packs.

pretty good practice... what you are doing... If you want your lipos to last longer, I suggest doing these things...

keep it balanced... (within .05 Volts)
don't over charge it... (charge to about 98%)
don't over discharge it... (don't go below 3.0 Volts)

For lipo, you do not need to discharge it down to LVC every single time. There is no memory effect on lipos. But DO NOT discharge it under LVC or you will never bring it back to live. The blinky balance there is for insurance. It will make sure your cells in well balance during charge. You will never know when your pack is out our balance?
