a mamba is going to shred the gears to bits and pieces in that thing as nitro racers said a 19 with the right gearing with be very fast

Ummm......maybe not,my TT-01 NEVER stripped a gear and I ran the Mamba 6900 and a 8-Cell 4000mah pack.......for 4 months.....and I did things to it that would make a die hard Touring guy vomit.

But to run a set up like that you HAVE to find the right gearing.....I ended up shattering the magnet in my 6900 in 4 places(lesson learned).

But yes....a well tunned Mod 19T will be a very quick ride indeed.....I just like to get a little silly with HP from time to time:GRIN:

I don't know about the tt01 but I've got a novak 10.5 in a TA05R and it's pretty quick.

Here's the most basic thing about pinion gear - bigger pinion = faster top end, slower acceleration, smaller pinion - slower top end, faster acceleration. There are limits to what your motor/esc and gears can handle though. I just scanned through the TT01 manual and I see it comes with a 19T pinion, but unfortunately doesn't list gearing for other teeth combos.

i have a tt-01 as well and a brushless will rip out the gears, the car is not ment to fun it. i agree with nitro racer and rc squirt and go for a 19 turn.

yeah just watch out if u gear the motor pinoin to big u might end up over heating the motor happend to me
