for charging I do 1C, so for 2200 I do 2.2 amps, or around 2 amps anyway, I use this charger,, while its probally not the cheapest charger its still well under $200, and IMO its basically the perfect charger for the nitro racer, it will charge any battery you will need to race nitro (RX, TX, starter box, etc . .), plus you can do two at once which is awsome for starter box batteries, its easy to use, its AC/DC so you can use it anywhere, you can store up to 10 battery profiles in memory so you dont need to program in charge rates and everything every time, and in the 2 years with it I've never had a problem with it,

Thanks Bob! ANOTHER great tip from you. I've printed this 'reply' out and saved it to a file I have created for, well...helpful information!

I will start testing this weekend running straight 2s lipo through my brushless buggy. It should also increase runtime. I have a 1300 mah 2s and an 1800 mah to play with. should be able to get a long run out of either. I robbed the bec for my crawler because the Sidewinder built in bec didn't like fighting the steering and glitched out

Spektrum rx and Aitronics 359.

If you run the KO UR or Helios with the 2.4GHz it's designed to be used with Lipo with no regulator. So I have been told. I havn't tried mine yet. I also have a lipo pack for my buggy. Radio Lipo is coming soon. Followed by starter box Lipo.
