on behalf of ballistic racing id like to say thanks to the guys at legacy hobbies for putting on a great glorcs race this weekend.

the track was a fun track to drive on and the location of the track is great. plenty of room for pit tents and acres of area to test and tune.
the whole weekend went by without a drop of rain.( although a light sprinkle would have been a benefit to keep the dust down on the track)

congrats to peter head of team losi sprucewood for his wins in buggy and truggy. you put on a driving clinic in your truggy main.

i had alot of fun racing my monster truck in the b main and andrew really drove the hell of his revo to take home the win and the bump up. great racing andrew .

and i have to give out a big congrats to my teammate ziggy355 for his 2nd place finish in the a main monster truck. he ran his e revo for the first time in a race and if he didnt have to come in and change his batteries he would have took home the win . congrats to martin petre for taking the win in monster truck and i think after 5 races hes got the monster truck title locked up .

the legacy hobbies crew deserve alot of praise for getting the whole weekend running nice and smooth and did a great job for their first glorcs race.

myself and my teammates are looking forward to coming back for your 2009 glorcs race.

On behalf of all the Legacy Hobby crew, I would like to say thank you to all the racers that attended this weekend. I know how much work I did to get the track ready, and it was only %1 of the work that guys like Wes, Shag, Rob P. Jim, Jay and numerous other people put in to make this a great facility and a great race.
I know it wasn't a perfect weekend, not everything went off without a hitch. However, even if you didn't have a good race, I hope that everyone took home some good memories from this inaugural GLORCS race at Legacy Hobby.

I mean, how often do you see a firetruck wet down a track??

Thanks a lot guys, and see you soon
