Here is a question. I replaced a gear, put everything back together and tightend the slipper clutch (not too much). Now after a minute of running the clutch becomes to loose to operate, so i retighten, but then the same thing happens again and I have to re-tighten the slipper clutch
Any ideas?

did you replace the spur gear? If so make sure you but the 2 washer back on the proper way i.e. like this ().....I always throw a bit of blue locktite on the slipper nut to keep er from backing off as well.
