looks to me like a easy fix.unsolder the power jack clean up the contacts inside it. or just replace it.jacks are easy to find around. and then solder on a new capacitor.bottom side of the board. and it should fire right up.its probably got junk on the contacts in the plug not making conection.

Kevin before you do anything email your picture and question to Horizon Hobby and they will be able to tell you exactly what can be done. They have been great anytime I have had a problem or an issue. You can email them at:
