Revo center diff and FOC

Well, I got some b-day money so i picked up a center diff kit which doubles as a FOC. The instructions confused me so I had to use google, i found one, but it was from the FOC and not the center diff. I used that, everything seems to be done properly, however, when i had reverse and i spun my spur gear, the wheels would turn one way, but the other way they didn't that was the right way. Now that I've installed it, when i spin the spur gear nothing seems to happen.

Can anyone help? I don't know if this is a problem, it's just a change that I hadn't been expecting

When i started to rip my revo tranny apart, i had already done the FOC so there was no instructions that started with the FOC already in place. The instructions only shows how to change out from a 2 speed with reverse. I have went over the instructions multiple times and i still cant figure out how the flippin tranny works yet. So for 2 years now my revo is nothing but a shelf queen
