I am thinking off upgrading my Spectrum DX2 radio to something better. should I stick with Spectrum or should I give something like Futaba or Airtronics a try. I want a 2.4 system and I will be using the radio in a 1/10 electric and 1/8 nitro, both are off road. Just looking for some input and past experince with these system. Thanks

I am a Futaba guy, been using it for more than 20 years, just do not get ther 4pk as there are some bugs in it, the 3pk is a great performer and they do not seem to be bother by static (like spectrum) if you race at fastcats.

The DX3R is a great Choice. Its light, runs off 4 AA's, has all the features you need and isnt too expensive either.
