We bought 4 cases at a time. Never had a problem crossing the border. At one time we brought it in for a store and never had a problem either.

that said, it is still not lawful to carry these products across the border and if they want to be ----, they can. you must have a dangerous goods certificate, msds reports and put plackards on the vehicle to denote what you are carrying.... we can get tobacco, alcohol etc across the border but because we haven't been caught doesn't make it legal...

you are better off buying some where you are going.

I got stopped at the border once going down for gas and cheese. I was a carpet cleaner with my own business and had my equipment in the van as I had just finished a job close to the border so decided to head across. They found my small squeeze bottle of rust remover (an acid) and it became an issue. They explained that I could actually have my vehicle impounded if they felt like it because I was transporting a dangerous chemical across the border... they didn't, but I got turned around and headed back all the same.

so be careful. I personally don't think it's worth the risk for $30

They new we had it. We don't need to hide anything. We've done it multiple times in the last year.

I crossed over Friday, car packed the my RC stuff and two bottles of fuel in the trunk. We ended up getting a real a-hole, asking a ton of questions. He decided that we should pull over and go to the office, why, that's a good question, After talking to the officer ( Great Guy ) inside for a couple of minutes he ask why we were sent in, the a-hole put down the wrong names, license plate # and no info at all. He shook his head and let us go after wasting about a half hour looking into why we were sent in. If they looked and i imagine they did there`s was no mention of the fuel or the carton of Indian reserve smoke`s.
