Shock leak question

Can shocks leak for several days to get rid of excess oil after being filled?

I have an 8b and i changed all the shock oils and some of them leak out a little bit over-night, without any previous running. Is this normal or do I have to change the o-rings on them? When i bottom out the shocks, they squeek a little bit when compressed almost fully. normal?

thanks for any help!

Yes you are supposed to "bleed" the shocks when you put the top cap on but should not leak when they fully compress. make sure the caps are on tight.

Hope this works

Shocks shouldnt leak at all,id rebuild them.Sounds like you need new o-rings. Losi has a kit you can get at LHS.

Definitely rebuild the shocks. If you bled them properly but they're leaking anyway, there's definitely a bad seal.

Do they leak from the top cap or the bottom cap?
