Track behind KFC on ESSA

I went to the Barrie track behind the KFC today on Essa and it was full of water and leaves!!!

My son and I spent about 1 hour + creating drainage systems trying to rid of the track of the water because the clay just does not let it seep away. There is still quite a bit of water on the track, but I will go back tomorrow with a wheel barrow and, a shovel, and a rake and hopefully get the track in good condition.

I'm hoping by tomorrow afternoon the track will be in racing condition. And if it does not rain (which is doesn't look like it will) before the weekend, we might actually have a good track.

There needs to be a better drainage system on that track. It shouldn't take 4 days of no rain to drain the track.

Even if someone went with a sump pump to get rid of the core of the water all we'd need is to let it dry for a good few hours or put some soil on top.
