new brushless low cost soon

Since one year i started to work for reprog a very low cost flying esc for car 1/10 scale

Today i race at circuit jc with another friends with it

On my B44 this esc feel like a old novak brush 410m5

a mamba max 7700kv is only a stock 27T vs my new esc with ezrun 4300kv.

I think i have discover new method for sensing and starting brushless motor

This speed feel very close to a sensored system
Update the power at same speed than the receiver signal 0.02s
can start with 95% power 16 first turn of the motor
No ramp accel
auto lipo cutoff 2-6 cell
small drag brake

The project is to build the best esc for racing

made by a racer

I know that esc for flying is made for hard jod serius current continuous
and the newer with sbec 4A seem very good for car

Today all compagny build only for make profit and have to much trick of sale
like 1024step 55mph zero cogging

And put to much setting to fill and patch miss knowing to make like a starting aggressive or smooth

Today i can start a brushless with less than 2 turn of motor with zero or 2lbs load direct shaft I don't need to put adjustment for this 2 turn is nothing when you gear 8/1 on car

And for cogging: easy all brushless motor with step DC drive have cogging torque no exception same for sensorless or sensored

you need to drive in sinus mode ( very hard & $$$ ) to remove it

update

good news now i can race with my esc in onroad offroad 4wd with 13.5T all brand sensored motor in sensorless mode

not only race i can follow and exceed in stock race

the new firmware can monitoring lipo lower torque if lower than 6V

i can update firmware by USB in 30 sec

no more sensor or power sw broken

and newer flying esc with one PCB and power capacitor right on PCB is more powerfull than car esc with two PCB and cable capacitor

no more routine startup for sensorless philosophy of just in time

i search beta tester in racing don't worry it work many guys at my track tell me that i'm very close of is tekin

accept very low ratio 33T 84T in my B44

and 4 to 5 in onroad
