Losi 2.0 shock rebuild question

Hey Guys,

Just rebuilding my losi 2.0 buggy shocks. I got a shock rebuild kit and it comes with 2 different sets of spacers. One set is stuck to the parts tree and the others are floating around in the package.

here is a link. The ones floating around are not in the pic.

I was wondering which ones to use. The ones in the pic or the ones that are floating around in the pack. The ones on the parts tree are a lot thicker than the ones floating around.

I would say the one's on the tree since they are the same part number as the o-ring shield on the parts tree. Not sure what spacers are floating around but don't recall any in my rebuild kit. I'll have to take a look again.

jay, use the thinner ones, they allow the o rings room to expand/swell a little with age without causing stiction on the shock shafts, keeps the ride height more consistent

you can also sand down the original ones to aprox 60% thickness for the same effect
