No details are required, Just seemed at first the no camping was the only issue. However if there was a number of issues compounded that cause it so be.

As Andrew said it did look like a hand full seemed to have had the control to get what they wanted at the expense of everyone else.

It is a shame that this track lost its race, but it is a series for the racers. You are right, we have been very fortunate that all the tracks that we run at have the land availability for camping. However, it is a series race, and think that 4 to 7 times a year, if tracks did not have camping, that it would be all that more expensive for a racer to actually race. This would cause less racers to attend these types of series races and then there would be no point in running the series.
You have a great facility, so I am told and a dedicated group of guys to run with. I understand you are upset at the RC Pro and racers like myself that seemingly get everything they ask for. However be thankful that you have a facility to run at and maybe in time you will appreciate more where other the organizations side of things and a travelling racer's perspective.
Im sorry that this situation happened, but glad that has been resolved.

Good luck with your racing this year....

That being said the discussion has already taken place in other threads...
