It doesn't matter what class would have run last it still would have been rained on them!! If the nitro A main was last, then they would have waited all day for nothing?!

The classes to be run in the same order as qualifying. At the last race, E Buggies were last and then they were originally the first up for the mains and some people didn't have batteries charged, so it was moved to the middle of the round. But having said that, perhaps there could be a vote a the next race for double or triple A mains for E buggy!!?? at 10mins in length!

As for the marshalling issue, which will always be an issue, since everybody is assigned a cone it shouldn't seem like a problem to find out who should be at the missing cone and call for them, and if they don't show up then they lose their best qualifier, simple! Perhaps an extra minute or 2 between heats, with no engines running may help to get the marshals out there faster and easier.

Starting earlier may help with the time situation, and a cut off time for registration should be in order. If the heats are posted and people want to register after that, then they should be added to the heats to the second round, if thats possible.

Joe always has to put out a fires on race day, whether it be people driving where they shouldn't be, or arguments between drivers on the track.

Hardcore does a great job providing everyone with a place to race on race day and great place for newbies to come out and practice on the practice days

..oh ya I'm having fun!!

My first and second qual went well. Warm up for my race went well. I started 11 in the D main. My wife dropped the car perfect with the new starting method. I made the first corner and then my throttle servo stuck WOT and my buggy (Losi 1.0) went over the hill on the corner leading into the back strech and raced from one side of the track to the other into a cement highway barrier. It hit so hard the piston rod shattered and took a chunck or two out of the piston sleeve.

Ace 1313 servo= $120
OS V-Spec=$350

Why does everything go fine until its time to race? No matter how much preperation I do at home.

I will not give up.

We should have just ran a 24 man combined electric A/B Main...that would have been fun as hell!

I think you guys should cap your entries.2 qualies is well 2 qualies....3 would be nice.100 plus entries is too many ...you guys are going to have no fun holding club races that big.Sure the income is great but is it worth all the stress? You guys were running around like headless chickens.

You've created a monster!!! HAHA...

Don't wanna' get my head chopped off here, but what about the idea of just running 10 minute mains right across the board? Electric and all nitro mains.

This would certainly allow for the 3rd round of qualifiers and that would be that. If, for whatever reason, this isn't an option, than I suggest what Chewy suggests, and for the same reasons.

This is not some kind of sanctioned event, so it's obviously your call what you do, but it really boils down to capping the registrations OR reducing the mains to 10 minutes right across the board. I prefer the latter of the two, but am easy and could care less either way!

Put some beers in the freezer. Jay and Joe have thinkin' to do!
