Exclamation 1/16 E-Revo Grinding noise?

I made the switch to Li-Po recently and now I have this strange grinding noise & I can't figure out where it's coming from.

It sounds like Plastic NOT Metal so I am assuming it is not the Differentials, but maybe the transmission.

So I took the Transmission apart today, there was a section on gearing that seemed a little loose so I shimmed it.

Took the truck out to see if I had made a difference but nope, still grinding under load.

The Center Shafts and Axle Shafts seem so be okay & not distorted at all.....

None of the Internal Transmission Gears look Mangled,Shaved or broken and the Spur Gear is also fine........I don't know what to say, I'm freaking confused

Thanks Dave

I stand corrected, it is in fact the Rear Differential.

After a little research I found out that the Bulk Heads on Models #7108 & #7105 have a tenancy to gap open under extreme power creating play in the Diff and yada yada yada, soooo the new version of the 1/16 E-Revo Model #7107 has a different Bulk Head.

Just in case someone else is having this issue, the Front Bulk Head is P#7030X(Front) & P#7029X(Rear)

I'll be picking up those and new Differential Rings & Pinion's next week hopefully

Thanks for you're help
