UPS sent me to collections for brokerage fee's on an undelivered package. Their tracking showed that it never made it to me, and that it was returned to the sender.

After a couple days they sorted out the issue and resolved the bill.

I would agree with the above, I would never use UPS ground from US to Canada. The brokerage fee is just ridiculous. I normally use USPS.
