Information about the compound

Hey Racers,

There are a couple changes this year with the venue itself. More specifically, how to get in and out of the compound, and the times you are allowed.

Chesterman Power Products has a lot of product on the lot right now. They are going to do their best to move everything as far up to the front of the lot as possible to give us the maximum amount of space, but they still have a few requests.

There will be some areas that we are not permitted to park or set up our pits/trailers. All of this will be marked out before Friday morning. They are still operating a business while we are there, and we need to be mindful of their needs.

We are not to use the main entrance to enter or leave the facility. Instead, they are going to move some of the cement blocks along the road way to give us our own entrance. It's on the same side as the main gated entrance to the front of the lot, but it will be down the road a few feet. I will have it marked out.

There will be an open and close time for the compound. To limit the risk of their product driving off on it's own, we will be blocking off our gate to the facility. Once blocked off, there will be no entering or exiting the lot.

Gates will open each morning at 6:30am
Gates will close each evening at 11:30pm

If you feel like you are going to be staying later then 11:30pm, or feel that you may have to leave in the middle of the night, please move your car to the road outside of the compound before 11:30pm so that you may still leave.

After 11:30pm, the gates will not be opened again for anything less then an emergancy vehicle (Police, Fire, Ambulance), until 6:30am the next morning.
