Question 1:10 4wd Buggy

Hey guys, I just have a few questions regarding 4wd buggy

I'm thinking of picking up a 4wd buggy for next year to race at sid's and i'm curious as to what 4wd buggy is currently the toughest, I used to drive a XXX-4 and babied it and always found a way to break something. I've been looking at the B44.1 and the DEX410v3. I also want ordering parts to not be an issue. What do you guys recommend? money is not an issue. I'm a good driver and want something to finish the race.

Thank You!

Re: 1:10 4wd Buggy

I ran the B44.1 all last year winter and a few times in the dirt and never really broke anything, i did strip diff gears from incorrect slipper setups once i had the rear gear box ripped out from the upper deck from getting rammed when i got caught under the carpet lip.. but other than that its been great..

Can't say much about the durango looks like a nice car

I have a b44.1 but haven't really gotten to use it on the track. I know the one time I went by sids guys were racing them and it seemed to be the preferred buggy.

I have a B44, but it's been collecting dust for a year.

If I had the money I'd by a Kyosho Lazer ZX5 SP2. I think I'll have to buy the new 2WD from Kyosh first.

Re: 1:10 4wd Buggy

no contest... the toughest 4wd is tamiya 502x or 511x (one is shaft drive the other belt drive, your choice)... i started and finished a race at universal with a half broken arm... all the tamiya 4wd's share the same arms and the optional hd arms are bullet proof... fact that they are quick and easy on the eyes is a bonus too..
