What size blades?

I read somewhere that longer main blades is better for newbie training,is that true?

Not sure that is exactly how you heard it. It probably was a bigger heli flies easier as it has bigger blades . All in all it is the total mass of the heli that contributes to that. As I posted in another thread a small heli maybe fine for young guys to learn on but a large heli is much easier for older persons. Reason being hand and eye coordination.Hope that helps.
