What a amazing story of "All American" B17, i have seen those pictures before but never knew what had happened till jus now, WOW is least we can say about it.....Thanks Nev for the share..

Wow! What a great story of the ruggedness of the B-17.
If you can, read the book Flying Forts by Martin Caiden.
So many great stores of the B17 in there. This one posted by Nev is just another example of its survivability. Thanks for posting!
