First multirotor build HK Q450

Finished building my first quad coptor over Christmas...Q450 with 45 amp multistar escs, Turnigy 2200 3S, Turnigy 1000 kv motors, and a kk2.0 board on an integrated pcb platform. I do have a question though...I don't have a programming card for the escs, but I can program it using the xmitter. Now that the esc are soldered to the board, can I still connect the battery to program one esc at a time without worrying about damaging it? Forgive me if this sounds like a dumb question, but I am new to multirotors. Thx for any advice folks.

Re: First multirotor build HK Q450

Yes just connect one esc at a time direct to the Rx and program each separately. Just do one at a time on the throttle channel.
