Most any name brand are good hobby drivers, it's the Phillips drivers that are most troublesome. JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard) is what to look for in a Phillips type. The cut is designed to not cam out or strip the head as the original Phillips was intentionally designed to do during the war munitions building years to avoid stripping or breaking the actual screw by semi skilled laborers. A JIS driver will hold a Phillips screw on its end like a Robertson dose.
