In answer to your question, the odorless glues will effect you the same. It is the polymerization by-products that are irritating. It has to polymerize to bond. Best cure is not to use CA, but you can minimize it's use, wear a vapor mask, use a small fan to move the vapors away and dilute them, and leave the fan "on" on your furnace to further dilute them. Open windows if possible. I would suggest a wood glue which is superior anyway. You don't want all that hard work falling apart in 5 years, and you also want to be around in 5 years too.
