Good day
Hi need help setting up this new radio with Trex 500 stock GP 780 gyro.My problem is i gather Gyro single yellow wire into Gear?So with my switches i gather "Gear" is the switch i use?So for my switch assignment what do i put Gear - Gyro?I am old school just forward flight and i like normal mode, red light {steer my tail} ahhah.I have tryed this and for some reason i get only locking mode at both switch positions. Can someone please steer me with switch assignments and starting values + or - for gyro. Also i will be putting this back in a MD fuse and would like the lights to switch on/off by the radio so which switch and how do i set up on/off?When i power up, the alieron servo drops to low so swash is unlevel then few seconds levels swash and then ESC cycles thru this normal,or is there a safe setting going on in the radio? AR 8000 receiver.

Whew alot of questions, but cant get my head around this. Thanks in advance for any help

Re: DX7/ALIGN Help

Alot easier just to watch a finless bob setup video. He walks you thru the whole process using the DX7 and gp780 gyro.

Re: DX7/ALIGN Help

For your lights go into System Setup in the DX7s, into Switch Select, change Mix: to Aux 2, plug lights into Aux 2 on the reciever, your switch will be the Mix Switch located left/back. This is how I power up the Co-Pilot ll on my 600. Hope this helps.
