I want to solder the plug on my Align 600 ESC using the red JXT plug that HK uses on their 6C 5000mha battery. So I could use a picture the plug and it's terminals so I can wire my ESC properly. Thanks in advance!

Why not just look at the battery and the specs. They are 5.5mm bullet connectors.

Re: Need a picture of a HK red JXT plug

I need to see which is the male brass terminal and which is the female brass terminal of the battery and where they are mounted in the red plug so I can wire ESC accordingly. I have the plugs but not the battery they are on backorder.

I can plainly see by the picture, your esc negative(black) will be female and your esc red(positive) will be male.
It's the standard for bullet connectors.
Battery negative is, male;
Battery positive is, female.

Re: Need a picture of a HK red JXT plug

I got that much but I can't see inside the plug. There are male and female brass plugs and the red connector itself has a male and female side BUT I want to make sure the brass fitting inside that plug is male or female depending on what side of the plug it's on. Yes I assume male brass fitting on male side and female brass fitting on female side BUT I want to be sure before I do any soldering.

Re: Need a picture of a HK red JXT plug

This conversation is breaking my brain!

Do you mean 6S not 6C?

JST is a company that makes switches and connectors, what is JXT?

JST-SH is one of the standard balance connectors, white
JST makes a red connector common to the hobby refered to as a BEC connector
(only good to about 10 Amperes)

if you mean this battery:

Power is bullet connectors, HK calls them HXT
They are gold plated, not brass
Polarity depends on whether its ESC/Charger or battery

This is what the ESC/Charger side should look like

Re: Need a picture of a HK red JXT plug

Actually, the JXT plug is the little white balance plug, not the big red bullet connectors.

I have a dozen batteries from HK with bullet connectors, and it doesn't matter if they are 3mm or up to 6mm, every one of them are black(negative) male and red(positive) female plugs.
Since you are unsure, take 5 minutes and solder them when your battery arrives.

JXT is wrong, it does not exist
JST-XH the Chinese are misstyping the Japanese manufacturers part number (in English alphabet)

Re: Need a picture of a HK red JXT plug

Sorry guys I really should be much more clear. Yes it's the HXT plug I'm after and which side of the battery does the female pin go on and which side does the male pin go on. Once again sorry for the confusion.
