They use a castle esc.
Now of course you aren't tied to their fan but it does make installation and setup easier.

The BVM fan sounds horrible!!! One of the worst sounding fans available. His airframes are beautiful but the fans....yuck. I don't know why he doesn't partner with a good fan manufacturer like Schuebler or Stumax. The airframes deserve a much better sounding fan. He partnered with Skymaster, why not a fan company.

I looked at one of their fan setups and 1500$ was pricy, im surr i can do better for les.. Besides they use castle esc witch i refuse to use.

I would buy the jet from BVM but use a Schubler fan for the power system. Just the sound of the Schubler is worth the price of admission alone.

So much reading! Schubler is totally a nice setup. For now, im saving $$ and paying off debt, end of summer i should have $$ for a jet. Researching starts now and planning..
