Has he got a phone # that perhaps you could try and leave a message.

If that fails the boys in the east know how. I know kclark069 (Ken) was in touch with him not that many days ago with warranty concerns and he fixed him up. Bdegan (Brad) knows Johnny as well.

If the pressed together crank rotated the counter weights will hit the case and sound like that. If you look in the cylinder holes the opposing cylinders will be out of time to each other slightly. Also the counter weights may stop engine from rotating

DLE and Johnny at Azure fixed my 300's serial number DLE55 when the lower bearing grenaded. Did I mention the engine was over a year off warranty. Over 2 years old and they still fixed it free of charge. Great service from both.
Runs great in a TF P-51 now.
