Re: Top Flite DC-3
At the moment I don't remember where I got the Horsa plans from. Worse comes to worse, can always put it on a disc, or email it to you.

Re: Top Flite DC-3
Finally found out where I got the Horsa plans from. outerzone.co.uk. They are also available at the Hip Pocket Aeronautics Builders Plan Gallery (you have to be registered on their forum to be able to reg with the gallery). They also are available at rcg. Seems it was scanned into there from a 1943 copy of Aeromodeller.

Re: Top Flite DC-3
Still working on power ideas for the C-47. I built a Unionville Otter for a friend, modified it into a Turbo Otter, and we powered it with the EVO 10cc Gas. Very impressed with the engine, so thinking a pair of those might be very interesting, and cheap on fuel!

Re: Top Flite DC-3
I was originally building mine to go with 2 OS46's, but I have since purchased 2 electric motors and ESC's for mine.
I'll be painting mine as a Japanese L2D Tabby

Re: Top Flite DC-3
OK, kit is now out of the box, and on the table. Starting to label all the parts, sort through things, and get organized. I've read the manual about 5 times now, so got that part down!

Re: Top Flite DC-3
Getting all the parts labelled, and sorted. TF did an excellent job on the die cutting, pretty much the best I've seen to date!
