Everything looked good on the take-off. It got on the step pretty quick. The calm lake makes it hard to get the floats off. That's why full scale pilots will do a few circles on the lake just to create some waves that would help the floats get free of the lake.

It did a little skidding on the water- so a little gentler on the rudder in the water. It was horsed off- but sometimes I have to do that as well; again because of the calm water.

Once in the air it was dropping the wing. At low speeds, use more rudder and less aileron to keep (return) the wings to level.
The "landing" didn't look so bad. Dry it off and try again.
