I am posting this for a friend, and I know that there are a few individuals out there that will not like this, but , to bad. If you dont like it just please ignore this add and move along like you should have done with his. Here is his new offer/description:
This is my original description of my ultimate turbine field box:
FS is a custom made refueling station for the RC jet guy, or any RC plane with retracts and fuel engine. This is an expensive refueling box but it is all top quality components. I will start with the air pump, it is a Extreme air Jr pump that runs off of a 12 V car battery that pumps 150psi easily(this pump is actually used for off road vehicles to pump up there tires!!), the Fuel can is a 5G Jet A/ diesel can from Jersey Modeler.
The control panel at the front is pretty clear, the keyed RED button is the main power button the can only be turned on with the use of a key, so no one else inadvertently uses it. The banana plugs to the right of the panel is for an extra item that you may want to plug into a 12V power source, like a leaf blower to cool down your bearings in a turbine engine. The hoses… the white hose is an air hose with a BVM air fitting, the red hose is an air hose with a small threaded nipple for "standard" air fill valves, the yellow Tygon hose is for your fuel and they all plug into the Stainless Steel Swagelok fittings on the panel.
The "pendant" is to control your fuel and air pump, the black button is pushed up for fuel IN and is pushed down for fuel OUT, the RED button on the pendant is to power the fuel pump. The BLUE button on the pendant is to power the air pump. The system comes with 2 extra fuel pumps, an overflow tank, extra resistors and relays for the air pump and a Powermax gas fitting. The fuel tank is vented to the outside of the box for safety.
If you have any questions please email plusiotis and I will be glad to answer them. The total I paid for the entire box is close to $3000.00 I am selling it for $1000.00 or a "reasonable" offer + shipping (greyhound recommended, cost anywhere form $100-$150 across Canada).
27 X 22 X 19 in
Because it is an aluminum clad birch ply box, its heavy, so, it is on four casters to easily roll around.
It also comes with all of the quick release fuel fittings pictured below.
My new offer is as follows. I will list my interests and if you happen to be interested in one or more of the same things and have something that you would be willing to trade + cash or a straight trade, make me an offer. I would rather see this go to a turbine guy that is going to use it for its intended purpose than to dismantle it for parts, which I will do if I dont sell/trade it. Here are my interests:
I build bamboo fly rods so anything to do with fly fishing, maybe a fly reel or rod of some sort
I shoot traditional bow, starting to build them as well as arrows, leather quivers, armgaurds etc. If you have anything, maybe a trad bow or equipment??
And maybe some of you will remember my famous avatar, so, something firearms related...dunno! anything
Fly tying, high end vices or equipment...
I build wooden model ships, so, maybe a high end kit or building equipment??
Im a graphic designer, so maybe a wacom tablet of some sort??
Im a machinist, so maybe some machinist tools??
I collect exotic beetles and butterflies, a rare beetle or butterfly...I know this one is strange!
Im interested in alot of things so, ask! yah never know. Thanks.
