Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

I am finding I prefer an engine that runs good over the whole powerband than one that only provides the most peak power.

I won't be staying for the day. I am just running down quick to drop off some stuff. I have to head right back up as I have places I need to be up here this week.

The same reason I have always stuck by my G62's. Now talk about take it to the field to fly it, and fly they do.
Tune them annually, just to refresh which needle is the low, and high. Put them back exactly where they were. Continue on.

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

Sadly my style (budget) of flyin' leaves me with a pretty rudimentary setup. Top shelf for me is a Opti-kill and a regulator.

Its the ole fashioned "K-I-S-S" theory in action.

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

That is 4 hours of construction down to one lane reduction, this crap is to start at 10pm. NOT 9..... Idiots. (Law here)

Normal drive is 40mins

Your traffic is a nice DA drive. Compared to this Valache / GP stuff
