Trevor, you know I woke to an extra $850 yesterday, I thought I was mailing off come sunrise.
Many might claim I'm short on shelf space. It could ride around in the passenger seat of the mini-van.

Jack, your first on the list (Arlene being possibly last, ha-ha)
LOL!! You could shelve the 3W170 heavyweight and get the king of the class then

Flip-Flop.

Trevor, last week you were a little more open minded about the plump ones. As long as they fly good.

O.K. Bradley, there is your lead.

First I need to finish the 25gallon break-in.

Just going for flight #20 on Jack's Yak 55 (from last year).

LOL!!! Still open minded about the plump ones, but there's nothing out there that'll match the ZDZ180.... more than just me to confirm that.... after a couple seasons more and more are saying the same thing and no-one disputes that claim who've run them back to back against others. The only one that I can't lump in this is the MVVS175 - didn't seem as strong on the stand, but that's not a good baseline. I can't wait to hear from Jack about that vs the 180!!!

The 170cs is just slightly stronger than the 157 if I compare the numbers floating out there and after talking to a few of the folks in Europe. Some of the guys in Europe claim they like the 157 more due to better transition. I'll be interested to hear your thoughts on it!!

Morning/afternoon everyone.

Trevor, Dale already owns a ZDZ 180, he has 25 flights on it!

I have also heard from others that prefer the 157 over the 170...Dale will definitely have the inside track on this comparison. After 300 flights or so on my 157 I had to replace an ignition, other than that flawless.

Trevor I am far more interested in my MVVS.175 than the 180THAN. Just not sure if I'll have time this year to finish the Slick...hoping so.

Dale, keep us informed on your fun day....and yes I caught the Arlene last comment!

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

38 minutes of airtime today.
First let me thank Doug here on a public forum. Great airframe, super deal. But most important. A gentleman that I would be honoured to call a friend of mine.
As for the 170. First impressions, I expect it to be very Senior friendly (as I plan on this one being around forever).
Photo's to follow once home.
Jack, yes I caught the 25 flight comment on the ZDZ 180. I see no mini-van upgrade this summer. As those funds are locked in a box!

-Dale-

Let me think up a new signature on the drive home.
